Monograph, Visual Arts Technique, Art History, Visual Arts Theory & Criticism, Exhibition & Museum Catalogues, Craft & Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Group Exhibition Catalogues (since 1950), Periodicals, Visual Art Reference. While browsing through every book in these art sections (see the title records above) in the library of Atlantic Center for the Arts in Florida, I used my phone to photograph and make short videos of various details of images and texts in these books. At the same time, a narrative in the style of a travel journal was being constructed through improvisation by altering the contexts of the images and adding concise texts to some of these photographs and videos. All these materials were uploaded onto Instagram instantaneously during the process (see some sporadic posts below). The resulting 739-page book Wind-speed Indicator was compiled from the posts.
